Visit the breeder
Your visit at the breeder will allow you to evaluate the environment as well as the conditions the cats are dealing with. The cattery has to be clean and aired. The kittens have to grow in an stimulating environment which favors their development. In addition to that, they have to be socialized.
If the breeder refuses to let you see the breed, the mother, other cats or the place where the kittens have lived, you will have every right to have your doubts.
On the other hand it is absolutely normal that a breeder limits the number of visitors in order to decrease the risk of transmitting illnesses and infections. It is obligatory to respect the rules of asepsis.
